3. Payments

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks or code libraries remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access required for us to deliver the work. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect timelines.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltra Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
